What we collect
When you join the CatchYaCut Rewards Club we collect your name, mobile number, and email address. When you visit the shop we log the date, service, and points earned so we can track your rewards.
How we use it
We use your contact details to text you about your place in line, send you your reward codes, and let you know about members-only drops. We use visit history to calculate your points balance and tier.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't use it for anything unrelated to running the Rewards Club.
SMS / Mobile Messaging
What we collect. If you choose to give it to us, we collect the mobile number you enter on our signup, account activation, or profile forms, along with whether you checked the optional SMS consent box, when you checked it, and which form it came from.
Consent is optional. SMS consent is a separate, unchecked checkbox. You can sign up, activate your account, and use the Rewards Club without agreeing to text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of membership, and we do not treat accepting our Terms — or simply having your phone number on file from a past visit or an older system — as consent to promotional texts.
What we may send. If you opt in, CatchYaCut may text you about rewards, loyalty updates, customer service, reactivation offers, promotions, and referral opportunities.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Text HELP to (225) 330-8440 for assistance, or call that same number. You can also ask us in the shop to remove your number.
How mobile information is handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only to run the Rewards Club messaging described above. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, solely to send them.
Your rights
You can update your information or close your account at any time from your Profile page, or by contacting the shop. When your account is closed we delete your personal information within 30 days.
